Overview

NXGEN is a rapidly growing business and our crane fleet is quickly expanding operations. We are now looking for an A&D Crane Supervisor who shares our passion, to join our team and support our projects across Texas and the USA.

As a NXGEN A&D Crane Supervisor, you will be based out of Liberty, Texas but be required to work across multiple sites supporting our crane operations. You will need to be capable of thoroughly planning and scheduling equipment maintenance across a range of cranes and be self sufficient in arranging replacement and stock parts. All maintenance activities are required to be recorded diligently, through our maintenance tracking software and applicants would be required to complete these without supervision.

The role would also include the supervision of crane assembly and disassembly operations and undergoing certain responsibilities associated with those activities. In addition to crane maintenance, any conventional axle or self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) experience would be desirable.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning / scheduling equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise assembly and disassembly .
  • Arrange stock parts.
  • Maintain records in maintenance tracking software.
  • Support office. activities (scheduling trucking, equipment schedule, etc).

You will need to be capable of supporting the team with planning and scheduling equipment maintenance across a range of cranes and be involved in arranging replacement and stock parts. All maintenance activities are required to be recorded diligently, through our maintenance tracking software and applicants would be required to work according to these processes.

The role would be performed under supervision during lifts and crane assembly and disassembly operations along with undergoing certain responsibilities associated with those activities. NXGEN is a rapidly growing business and is quickly expanding operations globally. We are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who shares our passion, to join our team and support one of our upcoming projects in Ingleside, Texas, on a minimum 12-month contract.

As a NXGEN Site Supervisor, you will need to be capable of completing complex site operations, that require a professional and diligent approach. 


Key responsibilities

  • Plan/schedule crane, truck and trailer maintenance.
  • Plan/schedule onsite truck/transport operations with the customer.
  • Represent NXGEN and attend onsite meetings with the customer.
  • Manage a small team of drivers and technicians.
  • Liaise with head office to manage site requirements.
  • Prepare daily reports.
  • Organise and sign off timesheets.
