knowledge & expertise.

With petrochem refineries continuing to expand and new refineries increasing in size, NXGEN are able to offer support packages to suit the needs of both new and existing plants. We are industry experts who work with our customers to deliver flexible solutions.

Our extensive crane hire fleet demonstrates NXGEN’s dynamic approach to our equipment fleet by offering crane solutions to solve refinery challenges. From lattice boom crawler cranes and tele crawler cranes through to rough terrain cranes, the wide range of options available provide complete flexibility to our customers.

To ensure that we take care of all of your crane and lifting needs, the NXGEN fleet is available on a crane hire only or full contact lift basis. Crane hire only provides industry leading equipment on either a short or long term lease agreement basis. If the project requires additional support, our contract lift agreements include engineering assistance and our team will supply the complete range of engineering drawings, lift plans and supporting documentation. An operator will also be supplied to operate the crane and complete the lift. Similarly to crane hire only, contract lift agreements are available on a long or short term basis depending on the project requirements.

petrochem support.

In addition to our crane fleet, our global fleet of SPMTs are utilised on new petrochem refineries to transport critical items of plant into position. We pride ourselves on supplying equipment that’s specified appropriately for the project requirements and also fit for purpose. Therefore, our in-house specialists complete a full equipment check, prior to anything arriving on site. Any issues can be rectified quickly to minimise downtime and our equipment hire fleet always travel with a wide range of spares.

With new refineries, our engineering consultancy services add value by completing exploratory feasibility studies, enabling a range of sizes or weights of cargo to be analysed, with a study completed for each. We’re also able to complete modularisation studies to advise on the maximum size of cargo that can be transported through a particular route so that the modules can be built accordingly.
